Dr. Jon Sills founded Family Vision Center 40 years ago and made it into the great eye care family it is today. It took him a long time to find a doctor who could even come close to offering the level of eye care that he provides, but he is confident in Dr. Strickland and says he reminds him of himself 20 years ago. So, he passes on the torch and wishes all his patients the very best, with these kind words:
"It has been a long and terrific journey with Family Vision Center. I've watched my patients grow and have been there to see them for not just their eye care needs, but to know them and take the time to be part of their life. I just want to thank you all for such a wonderful career; if it wasn't for you, I would not have enjoyed my job so much. I wish I could say goodbye to each of you in person, but it is time, and in the best interest of Family Vision Center, to welcome Dr. Strickland. His energy and love for optometry is exactly what you need. You are all in good hands and I am happy to have served you."
